valuation pricing.
Every hovr valuation type — Basic, Desktop, Certified, SMSF and Estate — priced across residential, commercial, industrial and rural property. No hidden fees. All figures below are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Price by valuation & property type
Base "from" price for each valuation type. Residential is the reference rate; commercial, industrial and rural attract a property-type loading (see the notes below). Large properties and high-value homes may attract additional charges as described further down.

Multipliers shown in the header are applied to the base price for Desktop, Certified, SMSF and Estate. Basic is a flat fee and is the same price for every property type. AI-delivered options (where available) are shown as a separate row.
Additional charges & adjustments
These apply on top of the base prices above, calculated automatically at order time.
High-value properties
For properties valued above $1,200,000.00, an increment is added for every $250,000.00 of value above that threshold:
- Desktop: $3.00 per $250,000.00
- Certified: $50.00 per $250,000.00
- Estate: $100.00 per $250,000.00
- SMSF: flat fee (no indexing)
- Basic: flat fee (no indexing)
Large commercial / industrial
Where the net lettable or gross floor area exceeds 400 m², a surcharge of 100% of the base price is added to reflect the additional analysis involved.
Large rural properties
Where the land area exceeds 10 ha, a surcharge of 100% of the base price is added for the larger holding.
