Every hovr valuation type — Basic, Desktop, Certified, SMSF and Estate — priced across residential, commercial, industrial and rural property. No hidden fees. All figures below are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Price by valuation & property type
Base "from" price for each valuation type. Residential is the reference rate; commercial, industrial and rural attract a property-type loading (see the notes below). Large properties and high-value homes may attract additional charges as described further down.

Multipliers shown in the header are applied to the base price for Desktop, Certified, SMSF and Estate. Basic is a flat fee and is the same price for every property type. AI-delivered options (where available) are shown as a separate row.
Additional charges & adjustments
These apply on top of the base prices above, calculated automatically at order time.
High-value residential properties
For residential properties valued above $1,200,000.00, an increment is added for every $200,000.00 of value above that threshold. Commercial, industrial and rural properties are not indexed on value — they are indexed on size instead (see the next card):
- Desktop: $10.00 per $200,000.00
- Certified: $20.00 per $200,000.00
- Estate: $50.00 per $200,000.00
- SMSF: flat fee (no indexing)
- Basic: flat fee (no indexing)
Large commercial / industrial
Larger holdings carry a surcharge on the base price to reflect the additional analysis involved, and are then indexed by floor area up to a ceiling. The threshold differs by property class:
- Commercial — net lettable area over 249 m²: 25%, plus $5.00 for every 10 m² above that, up to 2,000 m²
- Industrial — gross floor area over 299 m²: 25%, plus $5.00 for every 10 m² above that, up to 2,000 m²
Estate valuations are not indexed by size — the surcharge above the threshold is a flat 25%, whatever the floor or land area.
Large rural properties
Where the land area exceeds 10 ha, a surcharge of 175% of the base price is added for the larger holding, plus $16.00 for every hectare above that, up to 50 ha. Land beyond 50 ha adds nothing further.
Estate valuations are not indexed by land area either — a flat 175% above the threshold.
