We do not collect raw credit card or bank account numbers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not disclose your personal information for third-party direct marketing purposes without your consent.

We store and process your data in Australia where practicable. However, some of the third-party services listed above (including AI providers and Google Maps) operate servers located overseas, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

By using hovr, you consent to your property address data being sent to overseas AI and data providers for the purpose of generating valuations. No identity or financial data (such as your name, mortgage details, or payment information) is sent to AI providers.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or as required to comply with legal obligations (generally a minimum of 7 years for financial records). When personal information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or de-identified.

While we implement strong security practices, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act, including notifying you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required.

You may also delete property data and other information directly within the hovr app.

hovr uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to send you notifications about completed valuations, subscription renewals, and other service-related updates. To send notifications, we store your device push notification token.

You can enable or disable push notifications at any time via Settings > Notifications > hovr on your iOS device. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the app.

This section applies to visitors of our website at hovr.com.au, not to the iOS app.

If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide us with your name and email address (or an Apple-generated relay email address) to create your account. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We only use the information provided by Apple to create and manage your hovr account.
