Who should perform this valuation?
Choosing for an SMSF return: a signed Human Valuation is the ideal evidence, and we recommend it for commercial, industrial, regional, rural or unique properties, or where there are few recent comparable sales. An AI Assessment may suit most standard residential properties, but it may not be accepted by the ATO and your auditor may ask for further evidence. Which suits my property?

Full and Estate valuations require a human valuer.

This valuation type requires a qualified human valuer to be accepted by the ATO, state revenue offices, and courts.

Basic AI Assessments are completed instantly.
