Step-by-step ordering guide
Follow these steps to place your first order. Takes about two minutes.
Go to the home page and begin typing the full street address (include suburb and state). Select the correct match from the dropdown suggestions.
- Type slowly and pick the exact address from the dropdown.
- Can't find it? If the address doesn't appear it may not be in our coverage area — email us and we'll check.
Enter the email address and name you'd like us to use for delivery and correspondence.
- Your completed valuation is emailed to this address once it's ready.
- Register an account to get a dashboard, track past orders, and reorder with one click.
A map pin appears for the address you entered. Confirm it matches the correct property before proceeding.
- Check that the lot/parcel and street frontage look right.
- If the pin is incorrect, refine the address or contact us.

Select the valuation type that matches your purpose. All types are available for pay-as-you-go orders.

- Update quantities or remove items if needed.
- All payments are processed by Stripe — fast and secure.
Your valuation is emailed to the address you provided in Step 2 as soon as it's ready.

Common questions
How long does it take?
AI-powered reports (Basic, SMSF) are typically ready in under 20 minutes. Desktop valuations within 24 hours. Certified and Estate reports require a physical inspection and take 3–5 business days.
Do I need an account?
No. Pay-as-you-go orders need only your email address. Creating a free account gives you a dashboard, order history, and one-click reordering.
Will my bank accept it?
Certified valuations are accepted by most Australian lenders. Desktop reports are accepted by some for refinancing. Basic and SMSF are not mortgage-grade. Always confirm with your broker first.
Can I get a retrospective valuation?
Yes. Desktop and Estate valuations can be assessed at a nominated past date — useful for CGT cost-base determination, date-of-death estate valuations, and historical disputes.
I didn't receive my report
Check spam and junk folders first. If it's still missing, email admin@hovr.com.au with your order details and we'll resend immediately.
Do you cover regional areas?
Yes. hovr has API and AVI-registered valuers across all Australian states and territories including regional and rural areas. Remote locations may take slightly longer.
