Registered Valuers. hovr.com.au facilitates this process but does not itself provide valuation services.
2. Types of Valuation Services
The Platform enables Registered Users to request the following types of valuations:
Basic Valuation – Automated value estimate from available market data, no formal report.
Desktop Valuation – Assessment by a qualified valuer using market data and comparable sales, no physical inspection.
Certified Valuation – Comprehensive valuation by a certified practising valuer, may include physical inspection.
SMSF Audit Valuation – Valuation tailored for ATO compliance for Self‑Managed Superannuation Fund property holdings.
Estate Valuation – Valuation for probate, inheritance, or estate distribution purposes.
3. Included Platform Services
Online ordering and secure payment for valuation services.
Secure data and document transfer between User and Valuer.
Job status notifications and automated updates.
Delivery of valuation reports in PDF or other agreed formats.
Storage of completed reports for at least 12 months from completion date.
Customer support via email and online contact form.
4. Excluded Services
Financial, legal, or investment advice.
Inspections not related to valuation.
Ongoing market monitoring or property management.
Guarantees regarding lender decisions.
5. User Obligations
Provide accurate, complete property information when placing an order.
Respond promptly to Valuer requests for additional details or documents.
Pay for services in full via the Platform before work begins.
Use valuation reports only for their stated purpose.
6. Limitations
Valuation outcomes depend on available data at the time of preparation.
Delivery times may vary depending on complexity and responsiveness.
Reports represent a professional opinion, not a guaranteed sale price or lending value.
7. Availability
Platform available 24/7 except for maintenance or outages.
Support available during standard Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
Part B – Services for Registered Valuers
1. Overview
The Platform connects Registered Valuers with Users seeking property valuation services.
hovr.com.au provides the technology, payment facilitation, and client introductions but does not employ valuers.
2. Included Platform Services for Valuers
Profile creation and listing as a Registered Valuer on the Platform.
Access to valuation job requests from Registered Users.
Secure receipt of property details and relevant documentation.
Job management tools including “mark job as complete” functionality.
Automated payment processing via hovr.com.au (less agreed Connection Fee).
Support for document delivery and secure communications with Users.
3. Obligations of Registered Valuers
Hold and maintain valid qualifications and licences as a Certified Practising Valuer in Australia.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Deliver valuation services in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
Maintain at least $1,000,000 professional indemnity insurance coverage.
Promptly update your profile and licence details when they change.
Mark jobs as complete in the Platform once work is finalised.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for each job are set via the Platform and confirmed before acceptance.
hovr.com.au collects payment from the User and releases payment to the Valuer within agreed timeframes after completion.
A Connection Fee is deducted from each payment as per the Valuer Terms.
Valuers must issue valid tax invoices in accordance with GST requirements.
5. Excluded Services
hovr.com.au does not provide tools for unrelated business marketing.
hovr.com.au does not guarantee a minimum number of job opportunities.
hovr.com.au does not cover costs of site visits, inspections, or travel unless specifically agreed.
6. Limitations
Access to job opportunities depends on platform activity and user demand.
Platform availability may be affected by maintenance or unforeseen outages.
hovr.com.au does not mediate disputes between Valuers and Users beyond what is stated in the Valuer Terms.
